Hi, I’m Mulanduleni Niilungu — an Information Technology professional specialising in data management, software development, and information systems, with a strong focus on cybersecurity. I hold a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Namibia and I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity to further strengthen my expertise in securing modern digital systems.
I am currently working as an IT Application Supervisor at the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC), where I oversee the development, integration, and maintenance of organisational systems. My role involves ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and the effective delivery of digital services that support operational efficiency.
I have a strong interest in understanding how systems operate, how data flows within organisations, and how vulnerabilities can be identified and mitigated to improve both security and performance in real-world environments. In addition, through my work as a freelance developer at MIT House, I have designed and implemented practical solutions including database-driven systems, websites, and digital tools for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Key Focus Areas:
I am committed to continuous learning and professional growth, with a strong focus on developing practical skills in system security, data-driven decision-making, and resilient system design. My goal is to contribute to building secure, reliable, and efficient digital systems that support organisations in an increasingly connected world.
